Please read the following instructions carefully before registering:

Choose the quantity of tickets you would like to purchase for every class you plan to attend from the list at the bottom of the registration form. Classes and events are listed in order of their registration codes, found next to their descriptions on the Fermentation Fest website and Event Guide. 

If you are also purchasing tickets for another person, include their full name and the registration code for each class they'll attend in the designated box (ex. 01, 09, F3). You may register for up to three people.

Farm tours are listed towards the end of the form.

After you register for your class(es), you will be unable to register for classes in the future using your email address. If you would like to register at a later date, please use an alternate email address.

Early-bird registration: Register by September 15, 2013 to receive a $5.00 discount on your class, after which time all class tickets will be regular priced. Family programming, featured eventsand farm tours are excluded.

Pre-registration deadline is October 1, 2013, after which time you may only register at Fermentation Fest Headquarters during the festival by cash or check. Tickets are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your registration by September 15, 2013, Fermentation Fest will retain a $5.00 cancellation fee and refund the balance. Contact info@fermentationfest.com for cancellations.  After September 15, your registration is nonrefundable. 

Check-in is required, between October 4-13, no less than 30 minutes before your first class begins. Please check in at Fermentation Fest Headquarters – Reedsburg Area Chamber of Commerce, 240 Railroad Street – where you will receive your registration packet with class location details.

If you are attending a farm tour, please check in at least one hour before your tour to ensure you arrive at your tour on time. 

You will receive a confirmation email for your complete purchase, including a printable ticket.
