ULPBC 17th Annual Heritage Day Luncheon

The 17th Annual Heritage Luncheon highlights Black History Month by celebrating the achievements of African Americans; more importantly, it is a time for recognizing the central role of blacks in the United States (U.S.) history. ULPBC also honors the impact Blacks have made throughout Palm Beach County.
