There is a $30 registration fee for the First Time Homebuyers Workshop which will cover the cost of your(1) credit report at the time of your one-on-one counseling appointment   Before registering for the workshop please read:All fees must be paid in advance by credit/debit card or money order made payable to the Urban League of Palm Beach County.  Your registration will not be active until payment is received.  If you want to pay by money order select check during registration and mail or bring into the Urban League Office. We are located at : 1700 North Australian Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33407.  No registration fees will be taken at the door.
Please bring legible copies of your photo id and copies of a current pay stub or proof of income. No children are allowed to attend the workshop. If you miss or must reschedule the class, you may transfer your registration to the next class or it may be transferred with proof of registration to another individual. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.  Registration must be paid by Wednesday, April 27 by 5 pm. Please bring a copy of your registration to the class. Again, no children will be allowed at the workshop. We will also not allow walk up registrations at this months event.
