With, without, buried - if you are from the NorthCountry you know what the code is. Michigans are a local delicacy, only available in the Northcountry. For those that have never enjoyed one think of a Coney Island hotdog with a smoother meat sauce that is slightly spicier.  Every native grows up with their favorite - Nitzies, Gus', McSweneys, etc - often inherited from their parents.

Please join us for the first ever "Michigan Festival" at Elfs Farm to celebrate this local specialty food. At the same time you will be helping support the Interfaith Food Shelf. Sponsored in part by Hall Radio Group and McKenzies Country Classic Hot Dogs.

Your $10.00 ticket  entitles you to 1 glass of wine, hardcider, beer or soda and sampling of different Michigan recipes. Live music. Michigan eating contest open to all.

All proceeds will be donated to the local Foodshelf. We are asking everybody to bring canned item(s) to donate. 20% off ticket price with a canned food donation. Use code MICHIGAN when purchasing your tickets.
