For all physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners and other interested health care professionals to increase your competence in diabetes management across the continuum of care to achieve better patient outcomes.

 Speaker 1: Michael Valitutto, DO, medical director, Borgess Center for Diabetes Care, will lead the first session, "A Practical Approach to Managing the Progression of Diabetes in Outpatient Practice."

Speaker 2: Priyathama Vellanki, MD, assistant professor, Emory University School of Medicine, will lead the second session. "Strategies for Improving Glycemic Control During the Hospitalization."
