Strategic Planning Meeting

We have hosted a spectacular series of free virtual speaker meetings and tutorials. You make these events possible by participating in the SPM. 

In the 4Q SPM, the Board will review the current year’s accomplishments, activities, and discuss directions for next year. This is an opportunity for members to provide input into the activities and goals of the Chapter for 2021. 

Topics:

• Director Reports/Status (9-10am PT) - measure against 2020 goals; 2021 proposed activities or ideas
  -- Treasurer (include inputs, ideas on next year's budget; can work offline
       on details after SPM)
  -- Membership
  -- Programs
  -- Education
  -- Communication - include email practices discussion
  -- Ways and Means
• Conferences (Outcomes, Next steps) (10:00-10:45am PT)
  -- WSRC
  -- CSER
• BREAK (10:45 - 11:00 am PT)
• Outreach (Lawler, 11:00 -11:10 am PT)
• Trello Board of Current Activities (11:10 - 11:40 am PT)
• Discuss Preparations for Transitioning Leadership (11:40-12 noon PT)
  -- Transition items: including transition procedures, checklist, etc.
• Decisions (Remaining time up to 1pm PT)
