WHAT:  INCOSE-LA Holiday Party - This event will be held in Marina Del Rey

WHEN:  Saturday, December 9th,  5:30 to 9:00 PM PT

WHERE: Del Rey Yacht Club
13900 Palawan Way, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: DRYC is located at 13900 Palawan way, Marina del Ray (at the end of the “U” in the street).  Come to the gate, ring the bell, and tell the front desk that you are for the INCOSE party.  Drive to the Valet station at the building entrance and they will park your car.  No fee for parking but small tips for Valet are appreciated.  

PURPOSE:  Enjoy a festive holiday party with your Systems Engineering colleagues at the beautiful Del Rey Yacht Club and view the annual Marina DeL Rey lighted boat parade. Chapter members and guests are welcome and encouraged to attend!  We especially encourage new chapter members to attend.

Please RSVP by Monday December 4th, 2017.  You must RSVP to attend this event.  Attendance is limited to INCOSE-LA members and one guest each. We request that all reservations be made and paid online.

COST PREPAY: INCOSE-LA Members $10, Guests $40; Cash bar

Dinner: Buffet with both vegetarian and gluten-free offerings

SCHEDULE: 
5:30-6:30pm. Networking (with appetizers and no-host cash bar)
5:55pm.  Fireworks and Marina Boat Parade
6:30-8:30pm. Dinner
8:30-9:00pm. Closing and Departure
