WACOSA Presents their 2nd Annual Conference; Creating an Effective and Healthy Workplace Culture, Featuring Willow Sweeney and Paul Bernabei
WACOSA is hosting our 2nd annual conference; Creating an Effective and Healthy Workplace Culture featuring speakers from Top 20 Training. Willow Sweeney and Paul Bernabei will conduct this engaging seminar that will provide practical and immediately applicable concepts and tools to help individuals and groups develop their potential and the potential of those they work with or care about.
The sessions will focus on:
- Living above the line: How our thinking governs our experience
- Getting better results in our personal and professional lives by knowing how to see things differently
- Creating a culture of safety and trust
- Developing positive mental habits while reducing negativity in our thinking and communication
Willow Sweeney has been a social studies teacher, student council advisor and coach for eight years. She and her husband, Brian, have two sons and live in St. Cloud, MN. Paul Bernabei has been a teacher, counselor, administrator and coach in St. Paul, MN for 35 years. He and his wife, Paula, have four daughters and eleven grandchildren. Willow’s humor and energy and Paul’s soulful presentation style provide participants with an enjoyable and meaningful experience. They have co-authored Top 20 Teens: Discovering the Best Kept Thinking, Learning and Communicating Secrets of Successful Teenagers, Top 20 Teachers: The Revolution in American Education and Top 20 Parents: Raising Happy, Responsible and Emotionally Healthy Children.
