Toddler Sleep Basics (18 months - 3 years old)

DO YOU DREAM OF SLEEP?

Did you think that your toddler would have started to fall asleep at bedtime unassisted by now? Do they still need help to fall asleep?  Are you feeling stuck with how to get your toddler on a good bedtime routine and schedule?  Are you having a “late night visitor” in your bed and you are not sure how to help your toddler sleep through the night?  Are you wanting to co-sleep but don’t know how to help your toddler start the first few hours after bedtime on their own so you can have some time in the evening with your partner?  Then this workshop is for you!

Come learn how to gently meet your toddlers sleep needs in a comfortable environment with other parents of toddlers.

In this workshop, learn:

  • About your toddler’s biological sleep needs and how to meet them
  • The science behind sleep training and why it works, this is not a “cry-it-out” method
  • How to create a Sleep Plan that will work for your family’s specific needs
  • How to teach your toddler to self-sooth and sleep through the night
  • Strategies to deal with “nap striking” and how to get back on schedule

If your toddler is not sleeping through the night, there is hope! You and your toddler don’t have to be sleep deprived. You will leave this workshop with knowledge about why sleep training works, strategies that are most successful with toddlers and the ability to create your own sleep training plan.

Encouraging words from a well-rested parents:

“I thought I knew the essentials of sleep principles after success with my twins. But I found my 18-month old singleton to be the greatest challenge. With a few ideas from Jen that included the practice of putting her down to sleep in her bedroom as opposed to letting her fall asleep in the family room and carrying her to her bed, made a world of difference!”

-Christine, Carlsbad

"Jen and I worked very slowly and my son is now waking 0-1 times at night. He has been sleeping in his crib for about 4-months. He will be 2-years old in September. She is absolutely more than I expected and I have told everyone who will listen about her and her kind heart.
