Sweet Expectations: Sleep Training Workshop (6 to 13 Months)

DO YOU DREAM OF SLEEP?

Come hear how to teach your baby to self-soothe and develop great sleep habits.

In this workshop, learn:

  • About your baby’s biological sleep needs and how to meet them.
  • The science behind sleep training and why it works.
  • The three most successful sleep training methods.
  • How to assess which sleep training method is right for you and your baby.

If your baby is six months old or older baby and is not sleeping through the night, there is hope!  You and your baby don’t have to be sleep deprived. You will leave this workshop with knowledge about why sleep training works, what sleep training methods are most successful and the ability to create your own sleep training plan.

Encouraging words from a well-rested parent:

"I can't begin to thank you enough for your advice during this workshop. I was the mom that came up to you at the end nearly in tears about my 11-month-old. We started sleep training nine nights ago and I am now able to put him in his crib with no tears. He puts himself to sleep and stays asleep ALL NIGHT. I am so grateful."
