Sweet Sleep: Sleep Shaping for Infants

Do you want to learn what it means to “sleep like a baby”?

Come hear how to gently shape your newborn’s (0-5 months) sleep habits so you and your baby can get better sleep! There are many variables that impact sleep in the early months of your baby’s life. As a parent you might feel overwhelmed and concerned because your baby’s sleep can fluctuate so greatly. Although this is not a class about how to sleep train your baby, it is a workshop where you will gain understanding about what is happening with your baby’s sleep and practical tips to help you cope with the ever-fluctuating sleep needs of your baby. You will leave this workshop with answers about how to assess if your baby is ready for sleep training and a new sense of relief knowing that what you are experiencing is normal.

At this workshop, learn:

  • What the realistic expectations are around sleep and what your baby is            capable of.
  • How to meet your baby’s sleep needs.
  • Sleep “shaping” strategies so you never have to sleep train your baby.
