Duck Plucker's Ball

The Duck Plucker's Ball is an opportunity for sportsmen and fans throughout the region to celebrate the outdoors and support the efforts of the William Penn Athletic Booster Club to provide facilities and equipment for athletes from William Penn University, Oskaloosa Community Schools and the surrounding areas.
