Billing and shipping: All credit cards will be billed on Monday, April 24, 2017.  Wine selections will be available for pick up starting Tuesday, April 25 if you are not planning to attend the party. If you plan to attend the party, wines must be picked up at party.

FedEx Shipment Information
If you choose to have your wines shipped, they will be shipped FedEx Monday, May 8. It is important that we have your current information, adult signature is required for FedEx delivery. Business addresses are preferred.

Pick Up Shipment Information
If you chose to pick up your wine in person and are NOT able to attend the party on May 7, pick up is available April 25 thru June 11, 2017. Shipments not picked up by June 11, 2017 will be shipped to your address on file on Monday,  June 12, 2017. A $15 shipping fee will be charged to your credit card and an adult signature is required. General Information

  • Each membership is for the wine club member and one person (total of 2). Members may invite 2 additional guests at $20.00 each. Guest fees will be charged at check in. Exact cash is appreciated or you may use a credit card if necessary. We are unable to charge the credit card on file for guest charges.
  • Pets are not allowed at the wine club parties. Pets are welcome any other time.
  • We recommend that you bring your own lawn chairs.
  • No outside food or alcohol allowed. We hope you will support the food trucks as this will help ensure availability for future parties.
If you normally have your wine SHIPPED and plan to attend the party, please contact us in advance so we can hold your wine shipment for pick up at the party.Register Now!
