Harry Potter and the Shabbat of Fantastic Beasts

Apparate or fly your broom to the Great Hall of Beth Shalom for a Shabbat Feast on the 9th of September. Please come at 5:45 pm so that you may be sorted to your seat. Dinner will be served promptly at 6:00 pm.

Following dinner there will be a tot wizards service as well as separate programs for both our wizards-in-training and more advanced wizards.

Dinner will include family friendly dairy options graciously provided by the Three Broomsticks.

Tot Wizards at 6:45 pm: Tot Shabbat with Cantor Alan Rubinstein
Wizards-in-Training at 7:00 pm: Youth programming designed by Heads of Houses Dara Burstein and Stephanie Caplan.
Advanced Wizards at 7:00 pm: Irva Nachlas-Gabin will bring you fables and fairy tales from Jewish lore about talking animals, magical fish and mystical birds

During Shabbat services at 8:00 pm, Headmistress Rabbi Susan Grossman will speak about Fantastic Beasts in the Bible and Jewish Tradition.

After services please join us for a magical oneg catered by Honeydukes.
