Balanced Leadership

for Student Learning

a professional learning session for principals, school leadership team members, and central office administrators

June 20-23, 2022

Denver, Colorado

Effective principals aren’t just good operational leaders, they’re also effective instructional leaders who can rally their entire school community around a united vision of success, a shared understanding of what needs to be done, and the confidence that together they can help all students succeed.

Join us in Denver this summer for our engaging and powerful in-person Balanced Leadership for Student Learning professional learning sessions where you'll learn evidence-based keys to positively influencing your students' achievement and your staff's success. During this four-day session you'll collaborate with peers from across the country and with McREL's leadership experts, and you'll leave the sessions with deeper understanding and capacity--plus tools, resources, and action steps--to support quick wins and long-term gains at your school.
