2022 VFN Annual Conference Sponsor Registration

Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor for our Annual Conference for 2022! Last year, sponsors’ contributions helped us to bring our “Imagine, Inspire, Innovate” 2-day virtual Zoom conference to over 250 families and providers as we all imagined the possibilities during the post-pandemic period.

For our 2022 Conference we are excited to be presenting “Wrightslaw - Special Education Law and Advocacy Training” featuring Pete Wright, Esq. to speak about "Special Education Law and Advocacy.” Our conference will be held April 14, 2022, from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm (registration and exhibits open at 8:00 am) at the Delta by Marriott Hotel in South Burlington. This full-day training program is designed to meet the needs of parents, educators, health care providers, advocates and attorneys. It will focus on special education law, tests & measures, SMART IEPs and strategies for effective advocacy. There will also be an opportunity for parents to chat over lunch.

We are hoping that you will consider becoming a sponsor! This is a great way to support our goal of bringing inspiring speakers and practical information to families of children and youth with special health needs or disabilities and the professionals who serve them. This year we are charging a fee to cover the cost of food and the three books that are required for the training. Your sponsorship will help to defray our costs and allows us to offer scholarships to families who may not be able to pay the fee.

Platinum Sponsor: $3,500 or more

• Organization will be listed as a gold sponsor in conference packet distributed to all participants on the day of the event, as well as being listed on our website
• Organization will receive a 1/2 page ad in the conference booklet
• Organization will receive complimentary exhibit space at the Conference*
• Organization will receive one complimentary registration

Silver Sponsor: $1,500

• Organization will be mentioned in press releases and promotion prior to, during, and after the Conference
• Organization will be listed as a silver sponsor in the conference packet
• Organization will receive a 1/4 page ad in the conference booklet
• Organization will receive complimentary exhibit space at the Conference*

Bronze Sponsor: $750

• Organization will be listed as a bronze sponsor in the conference packet, as well as being listed on our website
• Organization will receive complimentary exhibit space at the Conference*
