2017 Vermont Family Network Annual Conference Participant Registration 

This year’s conference theme is “High Hopes & Great Expectations” and we are excited to have Alix Generous as our keynote speaker. This day-long conference hosts more than 300 attendees and 35 exhibitors and our 14 workshops will cover a variety of topics including health care, education, and transition to adulthood.  View all workshops here.

Transition-age youth with special needs (ages 14 - 26) wanting to participate in the Transition-Age Youth Strand at the reduced registration rate of $25 should fill out a seperate registration form here. 

Limited scholarships are available for parents on a first come, first served basis. Please fill out the scholarship form before you register. Once received you will be contacted by a VFN staff member.  Scholarship recipients will be given a specific code for which to register for the conference.
