2017 VFN Annual Conference Sponsor Registration 

Vermont Family Network’s Annual Conference provides educational workshops for parents and professionals caring for children with special needs. Our day-long conference features 13-15 workshops geared toward supporting families who have children with special needs. There are workshops on advocacy, sharing your personal story, special education, health care, bullying, transition to adulthood, and cultural competency, to name a few.

Our conference will be held on April 5, 2017 at the Sheraton in Burlington, VT. This annual gathering has become Vermont Family Network’s signature event; one that many of the families we work with look forward to attending each and every year. Your sponsorship allows us to offer this conference so that families and professionals who care for children with special needs can learn from each other as well as network and make important, lifelong connections. 

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

Platinum Sponsor: $3,500 or more

• Organization will be prominent in all publicity materials, press releases, and advertising, including promotion prior to, during, and after the Conference
• Organization will be listed as a platinum sponsor in conference packets distributed to over 300 participants on the day of the event, as well as being listed on our website
• Organization’s banner will be prominently displayed at the Conference
• Organization will receive complimentary exhibit space at the Conference plus complimentary meal passes for two representatives
• Organization will have an opportunity to speak during the Conference
• Organization will have opportunity to distribute promotional materials at each table setting
• Organization will receive one complimentary registration

Gold Sponsor: $2,500

• Organization’s banner will be prominently displayed at the Conference
• Organization will be prominent in all press releases and promotion prior to, during, and after the Conference
• Organization will be listed as a gold sponsor in conference packet distributed to over 300 participants on the day of the event, as well as being listed on our website
• Organization will receive complimentary exhibit space at the Conference plus complimentary meal passes for two representatives

Silver Sponsor: $1,500

• Organization will be mentioned in press releases and promotion prior to, during, and after the Conference
• Organization will be listed as a silver sponsor in the conference packet
• Organization will receive complimentary exhibit space at the Conference plus complimentary meal passes for one representative

Bronze Sponsor: $750

• Organization will be listed as a bronze sponsor in the conference packet, as well as being listed on our website
• Organization will receive complimentary exhibit space at the Conference
