Where: MRAC Office Suite - 2324 University Ave Suite 114 St Paul, MN 55114

Session Description:

Confrontation and conflict are a part of our work as nonprofit leaders. To achieve our missions, we must sometimes engage in conversations that are difficult and stressful. During this session we'll explore strategies to improve our conversation skills and provide practice on the difficult conversations we often dread. Attendees will learn specific coaching and confrontation strategies, use a confrontation conversation model, practice delivering difficult feedback and gain confidence in tackling tough conversations.

Presenter Bio
Eric Molho leads bon partners, a training and consulting firm that helps organizations and business to build their internal capacity. Bravo!”  Eric’s interest in tough conversations stems from his years helping to prepare new principals lead some of the most challenging schools in the Minneapolis Public Schools, where he worked for six years.  He also serves as executive director of Minnesota Brass drum and bugle corps, an arts organization in the Twin Cities and understands first-hand the challenges and rewards of non-profit leadership.
