ENC is dedicated to providing balanced, accurate information on the complex issues surrounding eggs, nutrition, and health. ENC has identified steadily rising obesity trends in the U.S. as perhaps the greatest risk to the overall health of Americans, and in collaboration with AAFCS, developed the ENC-Teacher Exchange to facilitate the sharing among teachers of successful obesity-fighting lesson plans and activities.  ENC believes that K-12 school teachers, when partnering with parents and nutrition advisors, will play an essential role in reversing obesity in America.
