Extension educators have extremely high standards for the teaching materials they use. Plus, due to the tight budgets in higher education these days, they must find the most economical approaches to deliver foods and nutrition content.

Now you can benefit from all of their research and testing!

From new food safety reform and labeling regulations to My Plate-related initiatives and the latest government recommendations on what constitutes a healthy diet, changes are happening all the time. The results of new research studies seem to be in the news every day.

It is an enormous challenge for educators to keep class materials up-to-date and relevant.  Yet, with the right resource, you may be able to avoid extra work, such as dragging out the full kitchen for a demonstration, or save money.

This is one of the most practical webinars you will ever take.  You will leave with a wide range of resources to help you solve problems in the classroom. Some of them are unusual, some are creative, and some you may never find on your own.  But all 10 are resources you should consider for your program!

Who should register?  Middle and high school teachers, Extension agents, health professionals, students in FCS or Nutrition.
