Farm-raised vs. wild harvest?
Which fish accumulate more mercury?
What about omega-3 fatty acids?
What is the truth about red coloring in farmed salmon?

When it comes to seafood, we seem to have more questions than answers.

We all know that seafood should be part of a healthy diet but many professionals don’t feel comfortable presenting information on purchasing, consuming, and handling seafood safely.

Misinformation is everywhere, particularly around the issues of where fish are raised, the risks/benefits of seafood consumption, and sustainability. This webinar will give you access to all the factual information you need to increase your confidence in teaching about seafood….and inspire your students or clients to eat more fish!
