Am I Losing My Mind?

It happens to all of us . .  .

You can’t remember why you went upstairs.

The title of the movie you saw last night escapes you.

You find yourself at the grocery store without your shopping list.

Fear sets in as many people believe that memory loss and aging go hand-in-hand: as a person gets older his or her memory begins to fail.  This is not true!

Your memory is only as good as the information that your brain takes in.  If you don't learn it to begin with, you will never remember it.  This new AAFCS webinar will show you numerous strategies for processing new information and then accessing it on demand.  In fact, you will be able to remember like never before!

AAFCS is proud to offer the following educational webinar (1.5 PDUs):

Am I Losing My Mind?

Presented by Andrew B. Crocker
