Americans are experiencing unprecedented financial and health challenges today—and the similarities and connections will surprise you. For example, in both areas of life, problems generally develop slowly over time and take time to address.

Yet, small positive behavior changes, such as saving $5 or cutting 100 calories a day can make an enormous difference over time. Learn how to take charge of both of these areas simultaneously, and achieve your own health and wealth goals.  Discover how you can help empower others to overcome obstacles and take action in dealing with personal finances and overall health.

In this 90-minute program, you will explore:

  • Behavior change strategies that work
  • The Small Steps to Health and Wealth™ program
  • The Transtheoretical Model of Change
  • Tools for challenging yourself and others to meet personal goals
  • Online resources, motivational tips, success stories
