On Wednesday, June 6, 2018, the Early Care & Learning Council will host its Annual Meeting & Luncheon, celebrating 40+ years of dedicated service to children and families in New York State. During these last four decades, the Early Care & Learning Council has been a powerful and consistent voice, working to ensure that all families have access to high quality, affordable early child care, and that children have access to high quality early learning opportunities. We will recognize and honor four extraordinary indivduals dedicated to improving the quality of life for children in their community. As well as recognizing that investments in early care and education have short and long-term economic benefits for our state, its families, and the future workforce.
