Thanks to a $3000 grant from the Da Vinci Initiative and free facility use by Florence High School we have a wonderful spring conference planned for a very low price. The Da Vinci Initiative is a non-profit education foundation that supports skill based learning in K-12 art classrooms. The Da Vinci Initiative believes that the most creative children are those with the most tools at their disposal for making artwork, and provides atelier training and resources to art teachers to help them incorporate skill-based methods into their classroom practices. They are providing two instructors and supplies for our conference which will include 10 hours of instruction for 1 full CEU credit. You must be able to attend Saturday 9:00-12:00 & 12:30-3:00 and Sunday 8:30-1:00.
Sorry the conference is sold out! If you would like to be on the waiting list send a request by email to msarted@gmail.com
