Kinsale is world famous for its seafood! This course will give any enthusiastic home cook the confidence needed to prepare amazing seafood dishes. We will cover how to fillet and cook different types of fish. We will be working with fresh fish from Kinsale waters and expose students to the pleasure of seafood.
