WTS Mentoring Kick-off Event 

The WTS Greater Chicago Chapter is hosting a Mentoring Kick-off Event to get everyone excited for our one-on-one mentoring program.  The Kick-off event will be geared towards entry to mid-level participants and will consist of small group round-table discussions with members of the WTS Advisory board and WTS distinguished members.  We will discuss relevant topics to the transportation industry, and you will have time to ask Mentors about their experiences in the industry.  Learn from those who have experienced it all firsthand! Topics of conversation will include:

• Being an Internal and External Leader
• Balancing Family and Your Career
• Growing and Leveraging Client Relationships
• Career Transitions
• Advocating for Change in Your Workplace
• Overcoming Gender Barriers

MENTORS

We will be expanding our mentor list with additional mentors as we receive confirmations.  We promise to keep the list of committed mentors up-to-date as mentor schedules change.  However, this list will not reflect last-minute cancellations.  Registration is limited, so be sure to sign up soon!
