Social Media Boot Camps

CSG will offer a Social Media “Boot Camp” for the first time at its Providence, R.I., annual meeting. Stop by at your convenience to learn the basics of using Facebook and Twitter, get your individual questions answered, and learn what you need to know to protect your privacy when using these ever-evolving tools. The hands-on experience will help you work with your own accounts if you have them or help you create accounts if you have not yet joined the social media foray. Learn how to set up Google Alerts, a useful tool to help you monitor every time you or issues you care about are mentioned online. Sessions opened to all 2010 National Conference attendees.

Pre-registration for these sessions are not required, but will allow you to recieve additional information about the class prior to the conference. You may also submit questions in advance of the session when you pre-register.
