Join us to learn all about the incredible feat of annual bird migration. Charlie Browne will take us on a journey of exploration as to why and how so many bird species risk dangerous and stressful journeys twice a year.  Have you ever wondered how migration evolved as a survival strategy?  How birds find their way, especially at night?  Or what tells them 'It's time to go'?  We'll tackle these questions and more, as well as delve into some of the most astonishing feats of migration!

This workshop is intended for an audience of adults and older children (some of the general scientific knowledge that underpins the program may be dense for very young children). The workshop is free and open to the public. Donations are always welcome and very much appreciated. Please make sure to pre-register by October 4th.
