Please note that BODCOE event registration and attendance is strictly for:

C-Level Executives, General Counsels and Board Members of middle market ($50M+ in annual revenues) and larger companies, and
Directors, Vice Presidents, Executive Vice Presidents, Controllers of companies with $250M+ in annual revenues, and
Private Equity (Principal and higher in title) of committed capital funds

All service providers and consultants are strictly limited to attending as Sponsors. Individuals deemed to be service providers by the BODCOE Event Committee will be subject to a $25 processing fee to refund non-qualifying registrations. If you are unsure if your registration is eligible, please send an e-mail to info@boardseats.org before registering for an event.

Refund Policy
Board of Directors Center of Excellence (BODCOE) Refund Policy. In the event you want to cancel your attendance at a BODCOE event you must notify info@boardseats.org at least 5 business days before the registered event for a refund (an administration fee of $25 will apply). Cancellations less than 5 business days before the registered event will not be entitled to a refund of any kind and will not be offered an alternative event date. Registrants that do not meet the eligibility requirements will also incur a $25 administration fee.
