assembly_machinery.jpg

You have developed a new product.  Using prototypes, you have performed some market research and have some initial market projections.  You have a sales and marketing strategy and your initial financials look good.  You are now faced with making important decisions regarding manufacturing.

This workshop will cover key manufacturing related topics including should you produce your product yourself or contract it out, how to choose a contract manufacturer, the importance of product and material specifications, the need for quality control, realistic marketing projections, production planning, financing the start-up, and many more.

A list of internet links will be provided to attendees for further study and follow-up.  After this workshop, you will be better informed on how to plan and start manufacturing your products
