Eligibility to Compete

All the Kings Men Collegiate DMV Scholarship Program has specific geographic eligibility requirements, based on where you live or attend school full-time. (DMV) This includes first time, transfer, or return students who will attend Howard University (D.C.) and who are US citizens from any state.

To compete you must:

  • Must be at least 17 years old by contestant’s first competition but no older than 25 years old at final competition.
  • Single, never been married.
  • Must be a natural born male and must not have a child(ren), cannot be expecting a child or be a parent.
  • Live or attend school full time in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia Metropolitan Area. (DMV) This includes first time, transfer, or return students who will attend Howard University (D.C.) and who are US citizens from any state.
  • Be at least a high school senior.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be seeking first undergraduate degree.
  • Must Score at least 1000 on SAT Math and Reading
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Must apply, be admimtted, enrolled, and begin Howard University's Fall 2016 semester.
  • Meet character criteria as set forth by All the Kings Men Collegiate DMV Scholarship Program Organization.
  • Be able to meet the time commitment and responsibilities as set forth by the program in which you compete.
  • Be able to meet the time commitment and responsibilities as set forth by All the Kings Men Collegiate DMV Scholarship Program should you win the title. Should you win the title, raise $250.00 for KennedyFoundation.Net, Inc. 501(c)3 for Domestic Violence Awareness and Prevention.
