Eligibility to Compete

Miss Collegiate DMV Scholarship Pageant has specific geographic eligibility requirements, based on where you live or attend school full-time. (DMV)

To compete you must:

• Must be at least 17 years old by contestant’s first competition but no older than 25 years old at final competition.
• Single, never been married.
• Must be a natural born female and must never have given birth to a child, cannot be pregnant or be a parent.
• Live or attend school full time in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia Metropolitan Area. (DMV)
• Be at least a high school graduate.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be seeking first undergraduate degree.
• Must Score at least 1000 on SAT Math and Reading
• Must obtain and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA
• Must apply, be admimtted, enrolled, and begin Howard University's Fall 2014 semester.
• Meet character criteria as set forth by the Miss Collegiate DMV Scholarship Pageant Organization.
• Be able to meet the time commitment and responsibilities as set forth by the pageant in which you compete.
• Be able to meet the time commitment and responsibilities as set forth by the Miss Collegiate DMV Scholarship Pageant should you win the title. Should you win the title, raise $250.00 for KennedyFoundation.Net, Inc. 501(c)3 for Domestic Violence Awareness and Prevention.
