Customer Service Skills, Elizabeth - Three Thursdays - 9/6, 9/13 and 9/20/2018

This workshop meets for three consecutive Thursdays. It includes principles of effective internal and external customer service and is designed to build skills in listening, probing and questioning, dealing with difficult customers, resolving conflict, diffusing tempers, maintaining positive and professional behavior.
