Private 8th Grade Basketball Night

DON'T MISS OUT! Join Spokane AAU and Rockwood Sports Performance for an 8th Grade Private Night filled of fun competition, prizes and evaluations! There will be something for athletes, coaches and parents:

• Athletic Challenge: Test your abilities in Rockwood's combine and compete to win TEAM and INDIVIDUAL PRIZES. It's more than just speed and vertical jump... there will be Sports Vision, Balance and more! So come dressed to compete. Each participant will receive a certificate for a FREE training session, as well.
• Sports Injury Clinic: Get evaluated and treated on site by Rockwood's TEAM; an Orthopedic Provider, Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer will be there to help any athlete with aches or pains.
• Sports Nutrition: Learn more about the power of nutrition and its effect on performance and recovery: food, supplements, hydration and much more. Each athlete receives a FREE Sports Nutrition handbook to take with them.
• Coaches & Parents Corner: Learn more about Rockwood's program and all the services they provide, from individual athletes to teams and clubs. Speak directly with Tommy B-K, the Director and former PRO and Division-1 Strength & Conditioning Coach.
• Performance Training: Once you have completed the Challenge, get some training and coaching from one of Rockwood's staff.
