Driving Directions
Chair Yoga is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. Yoga is a total mind-body workout combining stretching, deep breathing, meditation and relaxation to reduce social isolation, anxiety, depression and pain.
This FREE class is held using Zoom, every Tuesday from 10am-11am.
Registration is required.

This class welcomes older adults with different physical abilities. Some movements will be done sitting while others will be done standing, using your chair for stability. Standing movements can be done in a seated position. Please feel free to stand, sit or do a combination of the two during class as needed.
This workshop is held using the Zoom application. You will need an email address, webcam & sound so you and the instructor can communicate during class. Most smart devices will work.
Once registered, you will receive further instructions for logging into class.
