Family Outreach Series: Growing Gardeners 

Building Blocks Childhood Center in Libertyville is sponsoring a very special experience for families! This free event, GROWING GARDENERS, is open to families within the surrounding communities.

A short presentation will be offered by a Lake County Extension Representative while children enjoy stories and crafts selected for ages 3-12. The family will then come together and share a gardening experience, led by an expert gardener.

Children of all ages are invited to attend with a parent or guardian. Childcare for children 2 and under will be provided. This event includes a light supper. A parent or guardian must accompany children at this event.
