An interactive workshop designed to lower your anxiety about asking for money with Dwayne Davis

No experience needed. Just a willingness to try and have some fun in the process. We have all learned a new skill that felt awkward and now complete that task with little or no thought. You will leave the workshop with confidence and improved skills.
The process will be interactive and allows you to personalize the procedure. The programs allows you to find your way to ask friends and strangers to support your mission. You will watch, learn from each other, and practice making an ask.
No need to prepare anything in advance. Based on feedback from attendees there may be a follow-up event in the fall.

About the Presenter:

Dwayne Davis is a real estate professional serving the cities of Portland, Lake Oswego and Tigard.
Integrating his personal life and work, Dwayne makes a commitment to improve his community and has contributed many hours to local organizations. Locally Dwayne has served on the boards of The Portland Gay Men’s Chorus (PGMC) and PABA (Portland’s gay business association.) He currently volunteers on the fund development committee of PGMC. Prior to moving Portland Dwayne served on the boards of Wayne County Alcoholism Services and EveryWoman’s House (Shelter and counseling services for women and children surviving domestic violence.)
