In normal times, Florida’s child welfare system’s financial structure is not pertinent to daily work with children. Right now, however, Florida is in the midst of a massive change to its financing structure which required the state to change some of its laws and practices – these changes will affect children and caregivers.
This training will help front line people understand the changes, the reasons for change, and how to help people involved in the system make informed choices.
Who Should Attend:
Attorneys, GALs, Caseworkers, Supervisors, and other individuals who work directly with youth.
