Special room rates: NZ$215 (one person) per night, inclusive of tax and 1 breakfast.
NZ$236 (two people) per night, inclusive of tax and 2 breakfasts.
You must be registered for the conference before you can book accommodation at the hotel. The number of rooms with the special price is limited. Once you have registered for the conference, we will let you know the code for booking accommodation at the Crowne Plaza.

Please note that rooms at the above rates will cease to be available on July 15th, 2016. After this date, you will have to pay normal rates for accommodation.

About the International Association of Trichologists

The International Association of Trichologists (IAT) is a non-profit corporation founded in California in 1974 to promote the study, research and legitimate practice in all aspects of the treatment and care of the human hair and scalp in health and disease.

The trichology course was developed at the University of Southern California during 1974-75 under the guidance of trichologist David Salinger. The course was designed as a home-study (correspondence) course and, additionally, clinical training must be undertaken under the supervision of an IAT - approved trichologist. Students can presently undertake clinical training in Australia, India, Brazil, the U.S.A., Russia and the U.K. Online lectures are also included and the course has been translated into Russian, Portuguese and Spanish.

IAT has trained students in many countries including the USA, Australia, New Zealand, India, Singapore, China, South Africa, South Korea, U.K., Malaysia, Vietnam, Latvia, Nigeria, Kenya, Botswana, Brazil, Chile, Mauritius, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Japan, Israel, Russia, Sweden, Argentina, Mongolia, Colombia, Panama, Bangladesh, Mexico, Germany and the West Indies.

Transferable/Refund Policy: No refunds will be allowed after July 1, 2016. Full refunds will be issued less NZ$75.00 admin fee. Registration tickets are transferable, if we are notified of the transfer with a 30-day advance notice.

Not Allowed: IAT wants to maintain an appropriate learning environment. Children and guest of attendees, including spouses will not be allowed in the conference area, breaks or lunches. This includes all lectures, classes, luncheons and breaks.

No audio or visual recording devices will be allowed. IAT reserves all copyrights to the conference materials to include audio & visual properties.

Registered Attendees: All registered attendees must wear their official conference badges at all times to access all conference events.

FORCE MAJEURE
In the event that IAT should find it necessary to cancel or postpone the 2016 IAT International Trichology Conference for any reason, including but not limited to low registration, strikes, acts of nature, war, terrorist acts or other circumstances beyond IAT’S control, then IAT’S liability shall be limited to refund of paid registration fees.
