Mr. Morgan is Senior Manager – Global Risk Management for Fluidmaster in San Juan Capistrano, where he leads risk management operations for the organization.  Fluidmaster is a leading global supplier of fluid management solutions.  For more than fifty years Fluidmaster has been at the forefront of the toilet care market by providing innovative yet easy-to-use products of the highest quality.  Fluidmaster has manufacturing operations across the globe and a growing global distribution network.  

A 1993 graduate of California State University San Bernardino, Mr. Morgan worked in commercial claims for AIG and Fireman’s Fund before joining Fluidmaster in 2003.  With Debbie Wright, Mr. Morgan is responsible for Fluidmaster’s global incident response and business continuity program.  Mr. Morgan currently serves on OCRIMS Board of Directors and is a member of USLAW’s Client Leadership Council. 

Debbie Wright is Sr. Program Coordinator at Fluidmaster Inc., a global manufacturer of toilet trim and associated plumbing products.  She has many years of experience providing administrative support to senior executives.  Since 2009, she has been responsible for the design and administration of Fluidmaster’s global business continuity program.  Debbie is certified as an Associate Member of the Business Continuity Institute (AMBCI), the leading membership and certifying organization for Business Continuity professionals worldwide.
