Ergonomics for Millennials...Yes, Really!
Presented by
Kathy Espinoza
Keenan & Associates
In just a few years, the Millennials (members of Generation Y - people born between the late 70's and late 90's) will make up 75% of the global workforce. They have been using technology all their lives and have developed behavioral patterns and habits that will be difficult to change. Risk Managers have focused much of their attention on the aging employees, but are overlooking a potentially more challenging economic conundrum - ergonomics for Millennials.
Kathy Espinoza is a Board Certified Professional Ergonomist, with dual Master’s Degrees: one in Work Science/Physiology and the other in Business Administration.
