Resource and Relationship:Resolution of Complex Insurance Claims
Presented by

Willis Resolutions
Coverage issues need not become coverage disputes. Coverage disputes need not become contentious or litigated. Indeed, commercial partners should seek to resolve issues quickly, cost effectively and with minimal business disruption. Unfortunately, adversarial methods too often produce dispute escalation, not resolution, and policyholders are only assured significant acrimony, not “victory.”
Rob Lane, an industry veteran and former practicing coverage attorney with significant experience in high stakes litigation and a pioneer in the resolution of disputed insurance claims, will discuss how policyholders can create an effective claims resolution protocol to apply the proper resource at the proper time to realize efficient, cost-effective and relationship-preserving results.
Rob Lane is a twenty-plus year legal and industry veteran. He guides Fortune 1000 companies through the challenges of insuring the toughest, most complex, and highly specialized risks. Rob’s unique skills and experience enable him to work closely with Willis clients’ senior management and Willis’ industry-leading broker teams in designing and effectuating appropriate risk management and risk-transfer strategies.
