 Jeffrey C. Tenn is Assistant Vice President, Senior Business Development Executive in FM Global’s Los Angeles Operations. He is responsible for identifying prospective client’s needs and developing cost- effective risk financing and loss control programs.  Following binding of coverage, the account executive is also responsible for ensuring a smooth transition of responsibility for your program to your client servicing team.

Jeff has served in Business Development since 2001.  Prior to his current post, he was Group Manager - Account Engineering in Los Angeles Operations from 1998-2001, and Manager of Earthquake Services from 1996-1998.  With twenty-nine years experience in the insurance industry, Jeff has held positions in engineering, management and sales.

Jeff earned a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara and maintains registration as a Professional Engineer (PE).

David R. Thoman is Vice President, Operations Manager, of FM Global’s Los Angeles operations. Based in Woodland Hills, CA., Thoman was named to his current position in 2007. He is responsible for the management, leadership and direction of insurance and engineering operations within the operation’s geographical territory of Arizona; Southern California; Hawaii; Clark County, Nevada; and New Mexico.

Previously, Thoman was operations vice president, client service manager. Prior to that, he held various positions in engineering management with FM Global. Thoman started his career at FM Global in 1986 as a loss prevention consultant.

Thoman has a bachelor’s of science degree in chemical engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He also is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.), fire protection, in the State of California.
