Jim Gillespie is the principal in charge of the San Francisco office of RWH Myers & Company, LLC.  Mr. Gillespie re-joined RWH Myers in 2013 to establish and lead their west coast operations.  Mr. Gillespie's career has been dedicated to serving policyholders in their complex business interruption and property damage claims. Jim began his career in 1998 with our former firm Dempsey, Myers & Company, and continues his career as an independent voice in the claims world.

In his seventeen year career Mr. Gillespie has used his economics and accounting expertise in property and business interruption claims and settlements ranging in size from a hundred thousand dollars to over a billion dollars.  Mr. Gillespie has prepared property damage, extra expense, and business interruption claims in a wide variety of industries, including petrochemical, technology, construction, natural gas, biotech, mining, pulp and paper, manufacturing, retail, banking, pharmaceuticals, gaming and hospitality services.  Mr. Gillespie also has experience in product recall claims.
