On the Wednesday, July 24 of WI Farm Tech Days, the UW-River Falls College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences will host an alumni picnic at Jelli's Market, just 14 miles from the WI Farm Tech Day's location. Jelli's Market is owned by the Knoebel family. Steve and Jody (Battenberg) Knoebel, the primary owners, graduated from UWRF in 1986. One of their daughters, Lindsay, graduated from UWRF in 2013 and oversees the crop protection part of the operation and manages the fall produce enterprise. Another daughter, Libby, is currently studying at UWRF.

5 p.m. Farm Tour
5:30 p.m. Dinner (shredded beef, brats, hot dogs, fruit salad, pie, and more)
There will be music, yard games for kids, and the market will be open for shopping.

Thanks to a generous alumnus donor there is no charge for this event!
