Dates for our spring Robotics session at St. Charles Borromeo are:
March 10th, March 24th, March 31st, April 7th, April 21st, April 28th
These session will have 2 classes broken out by grade level as follows;
1) 6-7:15pm - K to 3rd Grades
NANO BOTS is a curriculum which employs LEGO (TM) based kits appropriate for hands-on building and programming projects that introduce Science, Technology, Engineering, Math & Art concepts in a fun manner. Encouraging creative thinking process, design and building skills, the projects are about various themes from the Animal kingdom to making useful simple machines and racing cars that react to movements and objects.
2) 7:30-8:45pm - 4th to 8th Grades
Mindstorms EV3 Robotics teaches engineering, design and programming while making fun Robots. This is by far the best introduction to middle school robotics, igniting student engagement and energize learning through real-life problem solving.
