90 hr. Real Estate Prelicensing Class 

This class is required by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission to get a real Estate Salesperson or Brokers license. Brolers license requires additional classes.

Classes taught by Tom Zee, a 25 year veteran instructor. Tom has 25 years experience as a real estate broker handling residential, commercial sales and property management. Tom has taught in Louisiana, Virginia and Texas and brings a national perspective that helps his students with the national portion of the real estate exam.
