NYSAFP Congress of Delegates
Join us for the 75th Congress of Delegates (COD) of the New York State Academy of Family Physicians. We will convene on Saturday, May 13th at 9:00 AM as a virtual meeting and conclude in-person on May 20-21 at the Desmond Hotel in Albany.
We expect all attendees to be fully vaccinated.
Please test for COVID and remain home if you test positive or feel ill.
Masking is recommended when coming in close contact with others.
Students and Residents: We have some scholarships available.

Congress will open and proceed with the business portion of the meeting.
In order to complete as much work as possible prior to publication and consideration of reference committee reports, resolutions will be published, and instructions will be provided regarding how members may comment on resolutions electronically. Comments on resolutions will be accepted until 11:59 PM on Thursday, May 18th.
May 20-21: In Person at the Desmond
After our awards lunch at noon, the Congress will reconvene in person on Saturday, May 20th at 2:00PM and continue Sunday morning to conclude business.
